Our story

It started with our mum.

She's always been the most stylish woman we know. Elegant, confident, completely herself. But somewhere along the way, fashion stopped making room for her.

The clothes she loved disappeared. What replaced them either felt too young, too shapeless, or simply wrong. We watched her settle — and we couldn't accept that.

So we stopped looking for the answer on the high street. And started building it ourselves.

What We Believe

We believe that a woman at 55 is not less — she is more. More certain of who she is. More comfortable in her own skin. More deserving of clothes that actually reflect that.

Every piece in our collection is chosen with her in mind. Not a trend. Not a mannequin. A real woman, living a real life — heading to lunch, walking along the Thames, or simply moving through her day with quiet confidence.

Effortless elegance. Nothing more, nothing less.

How We Choose

We don't fill our collection with volume. We fill it with intention.

Every fabric is chosen for how it feels against the skin and how it holds its shape over time. Every cut is considered for how it flatters — not just how it looks on a hanger. Every piece has to pass one simple test: would we give it to our mum?

If the answer isn't immediately yes, it doesn't make the collection.

Who We Are

We're two sisters from London. Not a corporation, not a team of buyers — just two women who got frustrated with fashion and decided to do something about it.

We run The Pemberton Sisters London personally. That means when you email us, you hear back from us. When you give us feedback, we actually use it. And when something isn't right, we make it right — no fuss, no scripts.

This business was built on one relationship: ours. And everything we do reflects that.

From Our Family to Yours

We started this for our mum. But somewhere along the way, it became so much bigger than that.

Every woman who orders from us, every piece of feedback, every message saying "I finally feel like myself again" — that's why we do this.

Thank you for being part of it.
