Graphic Designer

About the role
We're two sisters who built something we're proud of — and now we're looking for a creative mind to help us bring it to life visually. As our Graphic Designer, you'll shape how The Pemberton Sisters London looks and feels across everything we do — from our website and email campaigns to social media and packaging.
This isn't a corporate design job. It's a chance to work closely with the founders of a growing fashion brand and leave a real mark on something beautiful.
What you'll be doing
- Designing banners, campaign visuals, and lookbook content that reflect our brand aesthetic
- Creating social media graphics and email templates
- Maintaining a consistent, elegant visual identity across all channels
- Working with us directly to translate seasonal collections into compelling visuals
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion or lifestyle
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools
- A sharp eye for detail, elegance, and understated British style
- A portfolio that speaks for itself
- Someone who takes initiative and works well independently

Customer Experience & In-Store Stylist
Location: London | Type: Part-time
About the role
At The Pemberton Sisters London, every customer deserves to feel seen. As our Customer Experience & In-Store Stylist, you'll be the warm, knowledgeable face of our brand — whether that's welcoming someone into our boutique, helping them find the perfect fit, or following up on an online order with a personal touch.
Our customers are real women with real lives. They deserve real service — not a script.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers to our London boutique and providing personal styling advice
- Helping customers find pieces that genuinely suit them — not just what's popular
- Managing the fitting room experience with care and attention
- Supporting daily boutique operations — floor presentation, stock, and till
- Responding to customer enquiries online and by phone with warmth and efficiency
What we're looking for
- Experience in fashion retail or a strong personal passion for style
- Naturally warm, patient, and genuinely helpful
- An understanding of what women over 45 want from their wardrobe
- Flexibility to work some weekends
- Someone who genuinely cares about making people feel good

Social Media & Content Creator
Location: London | Type: Part-time or Freelance
About the role
We have a story worth telling — and we need someone to help us tell it. As our Social Media & Content Creator, you'll manage and grow The Pemberton Sisters London presence across Instagram, Facebook, and beyond. You understand our customer, you love fashion, and you know how to create content that feels real — not performative.
This is a creative role with genuine freedom. We trust the right person to run with it.
What you'll be doing
- Planning and creating content for Instagram and Facebook — photos, reels, stories, and captions
- Managing our posting schedule and community engagement
- Working with our campaign images to create scroll-stopping social content
- Tracking performance and sharing insights to help us grow
- Capturing authentic behind-the-scenes content from the boutique and the brand
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing social media for a fashion, lifestyle, or retail brand
- Strong visual instincts — you know what looks right for our aesthetic
- Excellent written English with a warm, engaging tone
- Understanding of Meta advertising is a plus
- Someone who genuinely connects with our brand values and our customer
