We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note: returns can only be requested after your order has been successfully delivered.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@thepembertonsisterslondon.uk — we can only make changes before your order has been dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at contact@thepembertonsisterslondon.uk before sending anything back. We'll respond within 24 hours with your return instructions and return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent to our international warehouse, which means return shipping costs are significantly higher than standard domestic postage.
As a guide, return shipping typically costs around £29.95, though this may vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel and your chosen carrier. We strongly recommend obtaining a quote before initiating a return, and using a fully tracked and insured service — we cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@thepembertonsisterslondon.uk with a photo of the issue. We'll assess the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Not quite the right size? We're happy to help.
Contact us at contact@thepembertonsisterslondon.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange for your new size to be sent out for a small contribution of £9.95 to cover shipping. Please ensure your original item is in unworn, unused condition with tags attached.
Your UK Consumer Rights
As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receipt under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — for any reason, without justification. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@thepembertonsisterslondon.uk and we'll look into it straight away.
